Swing dance moves are some of the easiest dance moves to catch on to. Once you learn the basic moves, everything just kind of flows together. With just a little bit of practice, even a “bad dancer” could really have a grasp on Swing Dancing. Swing dancing can help a person stay physically and mentally fit, and it is a great way to become closer with your dancing partner. Whether you are young or old, skinny or fat, rich or poor, healthy or sick, you can swing dance! Learning to swing dance should be one everyone’s bucket list! Why not give it a try??
